- Exhibits strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug applications efficiently.
- A Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering is required, while a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Software Engineering is preferred.
- Certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 11 Developer and Spring Professional Certification are good to have.
- Experience in leading the design and implementation of robust backend solutions, overseeing the creation and maintenance of Java REST APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features is essential.
- Providing technical leadership to junior engineers and participating in architectural discussions to enhance product scalability are key responsibilities.
- Staying updated with emerging technologies and conducting code reviews to ensure high standards of quality are also important aspects of this role.
