- Lead Engineer - Product and Platform Engineering, with Finance domain having 6-10 years of experience in advanced knowledge and expertise in Microsoft 365 Administration for managing and optimizing cloud-based productivity tools.
- Possess a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams, to facilitate efficient communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrated proficiency in configuring and managing Microsoft 365 environments, troubleshooting issues, implementing security measures, and managing user accounts effectively.
- Capable of leading initiatives to improve system functionality and user experience based on best practices.
- Familiarity with relevant technologies and concepts in cloud computing enhances the integration of Microsoft 365 services with other platforms.
- Understanding of cloud governance, security frameworks, and compliance requirements impacting cloud technologies is essential.
- Experience implementing solutions within Microsoft Azure that complement Microsoft 365 services for optimized IT delivery.
- A Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Information Technology or Computer Science is required, while a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Cloud Computing or Information Systems is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, validating expertise and commitment to industry standards.
- Experience with Azure Cloud Platform and familiarity with cloud services and architecture are good to have, along with an understanding of cloud security best practices and basic networking fundamentals.
- Experience with version control systems, especially Git, is also preferred.
