Test Lead (Multiple Openings):

DUTIES:

Review the estimates, Project Plan and test deliverables created. Create and execute scripts in

Playwright tool. Write clean, reusable, maintainable test scripts. Coordinate with SDETs for CI/CD

integration and continuous testing. Automate functional, regression, API, and integration tests.

Conduct reviews of test cases, automation scripts, and deliverables. Identify the Issues/Risks and

communicate to project stakeholders. Responsible for Ramp up/Ramp down of team. Review and

Sign Off for QA deliverables and SOW sign offs. Understand Project Requirements and create Test

Plan and design test cases. Review and get sign off on all the QA deliverables. Prepare and Present

the Project level metrics and updates for the Monthly Engagement Report. Coordinate between the

Onshore and Offshore teams in terms of Work Allocation, status reporting, daily progress, and

Issues. Write SQL queries for Database verification and validations as needed. Work with Agile

Teams during PI (Program Increment) planning to identify and sequence work for upcoming

Sprints. Determine system functional specifications and partner with multiple management teams

and other units to meet organizational goals. Communicate on regular basis across organization to

technical and non-technical stakeholders with product/project status updates for visibility.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science & Engineering,

management Information Systems, Information Science, Telecommunication, Electronics

Engineering or related field. Requires 5 years of experience in the job offered or Engineer-Testing,

Sr. Engineer-Testing, Team Leader-Testing, Software Test Engineer, QA Automation Engineer,

Test Analyst. Requires experience in JIRA, ALM, Zephyr, Xray, Avo Assure, Selenium, UFT,

Postman, Github Actions, DbBeaver, pgAdmin, WinSQL, DB2, API Automation, DB Validation,

Pipeline integration, Web Automation & Framework. Job requires relocation to unanticipated client

sites throughout the United States
