Engineer - Platform Engineering

Job Title: Full Stack Engineer – AI Support Enablement (Contractor)

Department: AI Support Enablement Location: Remote (Ukraine, Uruguay, or Mexico)

Contract Terms: 12 Months, Full-Time (40 hrs/week) Schedule Requirement: Must overlap a

minimum of 4 hours daily with US business hours.

About the Role

Ancestry’s AI Support Enablement team is in a period of rapid growth and transformation. We

have successfully launched Ada AI to 100% of our chat and phone support channels and are

currently migrating our CRM to Zendesk.

We are seeking a proactive, mid-to-senior-level Full Stack Engineer to act as a crucial technical

bridge. You will partner directly with our Sr. Manager of AI Support Enablement and our internal

engineering team to scope, build, and maintain the applications and integrations that power our

support ecosystem. Your primary focus will be connecting our systems with Ada AI and

Zendesk, while upholding engineering best practices, scalability, and maintainability.
