Engineer - Data Engineering

Job Requirements - Required Skills:

Ø Bachelor’s/master’s in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Ø 5-6 years of experience in the IT industry, experience in Data space is preferred.

Ø Working experience in GCP-BQ.

Ø Good knowledge in Teradata or Oracle.

Ø Experience in Data modelling.

Ø Advanced scripting experience - Python, Shell, etc.,

Ø Strong analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Ø Knowledge of Scheduling Tools (preferably Airflow, UC4) is a plus

Ø Working knowledge on any ETL tool (i.e., Informatica) is a plus.

Ø Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ø Familiarity with data movement techniques and best practices to handle large volumes of data

Ø Strong communication skills and willingness to take initiative to contribute beyond core-responsibilities
