Responsibilities

  • Provide L1–L3 support for Genesys Cloud issues
  • Troubleshoot voice, routing, call flows, and multi-channel (Voice, Email, Chat, WhatsApp, SMS)
  • Handle OKTA login & password reset issues
  • Manage incidents/requests in ServiceNow
  • Coordinate with Genesys vendor and internal teams for L3 issues
  • Support integrations with Salesforce 
  • Participate in on-call for P1/P2 incidents and planned maintenance
  • Support urgent requests (e.g., temporarily closing a call center)

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of Genesys Cloud / PureCloud support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting across contact center technologies
  • Experience with Salesforce–Genesys integrations (preferred)
  • Excellent communication for working with global team
