  • Architect multi-agent systems leveraging frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent.
  • Define RAG architectures, vector database integration strategies, and AI guardrails.
  • Establish reference architectures and reusable solution patterns.
  • Bootstrap initial client engagements and build POCs where required (20–30% hands-on involvement).

Intelligent Automation & Agentic AI Strategy

  • Develop scalable patterns integrating RPA platforms, Agentic AI orchestration, API-first systems, and enterprise low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Define governance models for AI-driven automation including observability, human-in-the-loop mechanisms, and security guardrails.
  • Optimize cost, performance, and scalability of AI-augmented automation.

Cross-Practice Engineering Enablement

  • Enable AI-assisted legacy modernization strategies and intelligent refactoring accelerators.
  • Drive AI-driven test generation, OpenAPI-based automation, and agent-based validation orchestration.
  • Integrate AI-assisted pipeline intelligence, security validation automation, and policy-as-code patterns.

Pre-Sales & GTM Enablement

  • Lead client discovery workshops and solution whiteboarding.
  • Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and commercial modeling.
  • Build differentiated demo environments and accelerators.
  • Enable sales teams with technical positioning narratives.

Practice Development & Capability Building

  • Define reusable IP and accelerator roadmap.
  • Mentor architects and senior engineers.
  • Establish engineering standards for AI + Automation solutions.
  • Support hiring and capability scaling initiatives.
