Job Description for Business AnalystQualifications5+ years of experience as a business analystMandatory Functional knowledge: Pharma manufacturing3+  years of experience in  Manufacturing preferredAI/ML conceptual knowledge or Logistics AI/ML use case knowledge is preferableA minimum of one year of experience in agile methodology is needed.Strong communication and negotiation skillsStrong facilitation skills to deliver collaborative strategies and solutions. .Capability (demonstrated) to manage complex initiatives (integration, risks, issues etc.) .Capability (demonstrated) to formulate and communicate strategy.Experience in stakeholder managementRoles & Responsibilities:Work closely with the development team to clarify business requirements, answer potential questions & ensure their timely completion in alignment with IT delivery lead.Validation of deliverables according to the requirements.Clearly communicate with stakeholders.Work with the current BAs to drive together.Location:Location: India
